What is a "Slammer?" 

The Slammer Box is our sausage-powered counterpart to the Slopper—same Pueblo-style comfort, completely different attitude.

For years, people would basically describe this as a “Sausage Slopper,” and sure… it lives in the same family: buns, cheese, and that rich Pueblo Pork Green Chile that turns any sandwich into a full-on event. But the moment you swap in Sicilian Sausage, it stops being “just a Slopper with sausage” and becomes its own thing—its own flavor profile, its own bite, its own identity.

That’s why I created the name The Slammer.

Because this box doesn’t just smother—it brings a bold, savory depth that changes the whole experience. It’s the taste of two cultures colliding the right way—Pueblo’s chile tradition meeting Sicilian flavor—combining into one authentic taste that’s unforgettable.

You get Sicilian sausage, premium cheeses, soft buns, and three full quarts of pork green chile—so you can build sausage sandwiches that hit hard, grinders that drip, or skillet plates that disappear fast.

What’s Included

  • 3 lbs Sicilian Sausage

  • 3 Quarts Pork Green Chile (small-batch Pueblo-style)

  • Cheese (2 packs): 1-Year Aged Cheddar + Pueblo Chile Jack

  • Bread (1 pack): 4 soft 8-inch buns

Make It Legendary

Grill or pan-sear the sausage, toast the buns, melt the cheese, and smother with Pueblo Green Chile with Pork.
Want extra savage? Slice sausage into a skillet with green chile and let the cheese melt right over the top.

Safe Cooking Disclosure: Cook pork sausage to an internal temperature of 160°F. Reheat pork green chile to 165°F before serving.
